Dear Reader,             

     The purpose of this survey is to gather some feedback about the bulletin.  The cost of materials, equipment, rental, maintenance and labor are significant, so we are considering ways to reduce cost and ways to move toward 21st century modes of communication. We also wish to learn if there are people who no longer really want to be on our mailing list. Please return this questionnaire to Eastside within one week of receiving it.  You may either 1) mail it back or 2) place it in the box provided on the Welcome Center. Your response is important to us and we value your input.  We want to use the bulletin to keep you well informed regarding Eastside activities and members’ needs and prayer requests. Thank you and have a blessed week!
